Return and Refund Policy
We have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original accessories, manuals, tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@osstrix.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
For approved returns, we will provide a free return shipping label. We do not charge restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund after reviewing the issue.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. The fastest way to make an exchange is to contact us at support@osstrix.com first. Once your return is accepted, you can return the item and place a separate order for the new item.
United Kingdom and European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification.
To be eligible for a return under this right, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original accessories, manuals, tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days after approval. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
